Dear Coaches,

Calling on all previous, current, or aspiring coaches, to become a part of our vibrant coaching community in Taranaki Cricket. Coaches’ dedication to shaping the future of athletes at various levels is truly inspiring, and we believe that your expertise can help us achieve new heights.

Whether you’ve coached as a volunteer parent at the junior level, guided youth teams, worked in secondary schools, led club squads, or even participated in representative level coaching, your experience is invaluable to us and to the growth of cricket in Taranaki.
We’re thrilled to offer you the opportunity to join our cricket coaching network and engage with like-minded individuals who share the passion for developing cricketers’ skills, character, and love for the game. By becoming a part of our community, you’ll have access to resources, workshops, and networking events that are tailored to Taranaki Cricket and can enhance your coaching journey.

To take the FIRST STEP toward joining our coaching community and making a difference in Taranaki Cricket, please click on the NZC Logo. Once there, you’ll find easy-to-follow prompts that will guide you through the registration process.

STEP 2: After the registration process is completed, click on the Heja Logo and follow the link to join the Taranaki Coaches Community Hub. This will be the main communication & activity portal where resources and ideas will be shared.

Once you have downloaded the Heja App (mobile only), join our team with the unique code: HA-022564

Please remember that as part of safeguarding across cricket, all active coaches for the 2023-24 season are required to:

1. be registered on the NZC database (STEP 1)
2. complete a police vet and hold a clear result (this step can be completed through the Heja App).
3. complete the “welfare of children and vulnerable adults” online modules.

$60 per hour – one to one coaching (min. 3 sessions)
$70 per hour – one to two coaching (min. 3 sessions)
$80 per hour – one to four coaching (min. 3 sessions)
